Cable holder, small

A compact block with a single channel in its base. Set over a charging cable, it keeps the cable from slipping off the desk by weight alone. Its outer faces follow the Relief grid: one square, repeated, each joint holding a thin line of shadow, while the surfaces where things rest stay smooth. Cast by hand in a silicone mould from white cement, marble sand and pigment, the concrete is coloured through its whole mass. Fine pores and pale flecks remain in the surface, different on every piece.
